Incubated by the Atal Incubation Center - Bihar Vidyapeeth, we proudly operate from Patna, Bihar, but our aspirations span the entire nation. We aim to transform waste into valuable resources, empower marginalized communities, and heal the environment from the scars of pollution.

At Mithinga, we believe every individual can be a changemaker. From households segregating waste to businesses adopting sustainable practices, every action matters. Our services, campaigns, and initiatives are designed to inspire this collective responsibility. Together, we’ve recycled over 200 tons of dry waste, composted more than 430 tons of organic waste, and engaged thousands of students and workers in creating a sustainable waste economy. Meri Life, Mera Swachh Shehar Campaign

In Bettiah and Ara, we conducted campaigns that led to the collection of over 2,756 kg of clothes, 510 kg of books, and 186 pairs of shoes, all distributed to those in need.


Plastic Lao, Thaila Pao Campaign

A community-driven initiative encouraging citizens to exchange plastic waste for reusable alternatives, reducing dependency on single-use plastics.

Mithinga Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. provides end-to-end waste management solutions tailored to the needs of communities, businesses, and governments. Here’s how we’re making a difference:

1. Municipal Solid Waste Management

We partner with municipal bodies to handle solid waste from collection to disposal, ensuring compliance with Swachh Bharat guidelines. Using technology-driven systems, we optimize waste segregation and create efficient processes for sustainable waste handling.


2. Plastic Waste Management

Our advanced Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) process hundreds of tons of plastic annually. We categorize plastics for recycling, creating industrial-grade materials like granules and pellets, and reducing the environmental footprint of plastic pollution.


3. Organic Waste Solutions

From kitchen scraps to agricultural residues, we transform organic waste into compost and biogas through composting pits and bio-methanation plants. The biogas is used as clean energy, while the compost enriches soils, supporting sustainable farming practices.


4. Public Awareness Campaigns

Awareness is the foundation of change. Our campaigns engage communities and students, promoting waste segregation, recycling, and the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Initiatives like “Plastic Lao, Thaila Pao” have inspired thousands to adopt sustainable habits.


5. Entrepreneurship Development

We train waste pickers to become entrepreneurs, providing them with the skills and tools to generate income from waste. By fostering independence, we contribute to building a sustainable waste economy and uplifting marginalized communities.
